Campaign Terms and Conditions (India) 

These Campaign Terms and Conditions apply to the Payoneer Request a Payment – India $130 Cashback Promotion, June 2026 (the “Campaign”). By participating in any part of the Campaign, you agree to these Campaign Terms and Conditions. You are not eligible to receive the reward described in the Campaign Terms and Conditions unless you agree to the official Campaign Terms and Conditions and comply with them. These Terms and Conditions are supplementary to and should be read in conjunction with any other terms and conditions applicable to your use of any other Payoneer Services. 

About Payoneer 

Payoneer Inc., a Delaware corporation, is a provider of payment processing services. Payoneer is a Money Service Business (“MSB”) registered with FinCEN and is a licensed money transmitter under the laws of various states in the United States of America.  

This Campaign is provided and administered by Payoneer Inc. and any reference in these Terms and Conditions to “Payoneer”, “us”, “our” or “we”, shall refer to Payoneer Inc.   

Definitions 

In these Campaign Terms and Conditions:  

“Request a Payment” means Payoneer’s Request a Payment feature. Only transactions that have been completed through Payoneer’s Request a Payment feature are valid in the scope of this Campaign;  

“Eligible Customers” means new customers who reside or are duly registered in India, who registered, and completed their registration for a new Payoneer Account, all within the Campaign Period, keep their account in good standing throughout the Campaign Period and comply with all relevant Payoneer Terms of Service and applicable policies;  

“Cashback Reward” means a $130 reward as described below, which is distributed in accordance and is subject to these Campaign Terms and Conditions. 

“Campaign Period” – This Campaign is valid for a limited period starting on 8 June, 2026 00:00 IST and ending on 31 December, 2026 23:59 IST. The Campaign Period may be amended, shortened and/or terminated by Payoneer at any time and at its sole discretion. 

“Eligible Transactions” – Eligible Customers who reach a total volume of $5,000 by completing Request a Payment transactions in a single Payoneer Account within 90 consecutive days of the date of their registration with Payoneer, may be qualified for a Cashback Reward in a total amount of $130. Reversed, refunded, charged back, disputed, restricted, or otherwise invalid Request a Payment transactions, as well as any mode of self-funding, will NOT be regarded as “Eligible Transactions”. 

The Cashback Reward will be distributed to the first 1,000 Eligible Customers who meet the qualifying criteria and credited into the relevant Eligible Customers’ Payoneer Accounts within 30 days after completing the Eligible Transactions. 

This Reward can be awarded only once per account and is non-transferable. 

Payoneer may, at its sole and absolute discretion, withhold, deny, or reverse any Cashback Reward if it determines that any of the criteria included in these Terms and Conditions and/or the reward was obtained through error, misuse, fraud, suspicious activity, or a breach of these Campaign Terms and Conditions or any applicable Payoneer terms. 

You are solely responsible for any taxes, reporting obligations or other charges that may apply in connection with your participation in the Campaign or receipt of any reward. 

Additional Terms 

Payoneer may modify, shorten, suspend, limit and/or end this Campaign, or update these Campaign Terms and Conditions, at any time, at its sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice. 

Payoneer is not responsible for lost, late, destroyed, incomplete, unreadable, corrupted, or misdirected entries; printing errors; internet malfunction; server unavailability; or computer or any other electronic or telecommunications malfunction. Payoneer shall not be responsible for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside its reasonable control. Similarly, Payoneer does not have any obligation to advise entrant of any late, destroyed, corrupted, or otherwise incomplete entry. By participating in the Campaign, each Participant, its, his, her or their heirs, successors and assigns thereof releases, discharges and covenants not to make a claim against Payoneer, its subsidiaries and affiliates, licensees, employees, officers, directors, representatives, successors and assigns related in any way to the Campaign or the receipt or use of any reward. 

These Terms and Conditions and the Campaign shall be governed by the laws of New York and any dispute hereunder or otherwise shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New York.
