Campaign Terms & Conditions

This Campaign is provided and administered by Payoneer Inc., a Delaware corporation, is a Money Service Business (“MSB”) registered with FinCEN and is a licensed money transmitter under the laws of various states in the United States of America.

This document constitutes the terms and conditions (“these Terms and Conditions”) under which the Payoneer Request a Payment $130 Cashback Promotion – Philippines

This campaign shall apply to you. By participating in this Campaign, you confirm your understanding and agreement with these Campaign Terms and your consent to receive communications from Payoneer regarding the Campaign. You will not be able to qualify for the Reward unless you agree to these terms and Conditions.

For a limited time*, the first 1,000 Eligible Customers who register a new Payoneer account and reach $5,000 (or equivalent) in Eligible Transactions within 90 consecutive days of registration, may get a $130 reward deposited directly into their account (the “Winners”).

*Valid only for new Payoneer accounts registered between 17 June and 31 December 2026 (Philippine local time) (“The Campaign Period”).

I.  Who are Eligible Customers

“Eligible Customers” are (i) new customers who register for the first time and complete the process of opening a Payoneer Account within the Campaign Period; (ii) who reside in or are duly registered in the Philippines, (iii) who joined this Campaign by registering from the designated LP, ; and (iv) who keep their account in good standing, and comply with all relevant Payoneer Terms of Service and applicable policies.

II.  How to Participate

The first 1,000 Eligible Customers who reach a total amount of $5,000 (USD Five Thousand) or equivalent within 90 consecutive days of their registration date by Eligible Transactions of Payoneer Request a Payment feature only, may be qualified for the reward.

III.  Eligible Transactions

Only payments received through Payoneer’s Request a Payment feature count toward the $5,000 goal.

Excluded: payments received through any other Payoneer service; payments received from other Payoneer accounts; payments received from affiliated companies; any mode of self-funding or self-payment; any test, reversed, refunded, charged back, disputed, restricted, or otherwise invalid Request a Payment transactions; any amounts received for a prohibited transaction, or any transaction deemed by Payoneer as non-genuine or abusive.

IV.  Rewards Disbursement

A cashback reward in a total amount of $130 will be credited to the Winners’ Payoneer Account in USD within 30 days after they’ve reached the $5,000 goal amount. A Winner can be rewarded only once during the Campaign, for reaching $5,000 and above in Request a Payment volume. Without derogating from the above, the maximum cashback Reward amount payable under this Campaign shall not exceed $130, regardless of the total amount of Eligible Transactions received during the Campaign Period.

If you don’t have a USD account, we’ll pay you in your available currency, after conversion. The reward will be distributed to the Winners’ Payoneer Accounts, provided the account is active and in good standing with Payoneer throughout the Campaign Period and upon the date of issuance. The reward can be awarded only once per account and is non-transferable. In case you participate in more than one Payoneer campaign or promotion, you may be qualified for a reward only in one of them.

Additional Terms

Payoneer may, at its sole and absolute discretion, withhold, deny, or reverse any reward if it determines the reward was obtained through error, misuse, fraud, suspicious activity, or a breach of these Campaign Terms or any applicable Payoneer terms.

Payoneer may change, modify, shorten, suspend, limit, cancel and/or end this Campaign or any part thereof, change, modify or update these Campaign Terms and/or the Campaign Period, and/or modify or cancel the Reward, at any time, at its sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice. Payoneer will not be liable for loss or any other misplacement of the reward once disbursed and shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside its reasonable control,

You are solely responsible for any taxes, reporting obligations, or other charges that may apply in connection with your participation in this Campaign or receipt of any reward.

Payoneer’s decisions in the framework of this Campaign shall be final. Conversion rates, where applicable, will be based on the rates used by Payoneer.

These Campaign Terms and this Campaign shall be governed by the laws of New York and any dispute hereunder or otherwise shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New York. 

Nothing herein should be construed as if Payoneer Inc. or its affiliates are soliciting or inviting any person outside the jurisdiction where it operates or is licensed to engage in payment services provided by Payoneer Inc. or its affiliates, unless permitted by applicable laws. Any products or services availability are subject to customer’s eligibility. Not all products or services are available in all jurisdictions in the same manner.
