- Who are eligible Customers
Eligible Customers – selected Payoneer account holders residing in or duly registered in the Philippines, who received information about this Campaign directly from Payoneer and signed-up by clicking “Get started now” in email or replying “Yes” to Viber message.
- How to Participate
- Be a selected Payoneer account holder residing in or registered in the Philippines.
- Receive this campaign invitation directly from Payoneer.
- Sign up by:

III. Eligible Transactions
All incoming payments through supported Payoneer services count, including:
- Incoming payments via Receiving Accounts;
- Incoming payment received from Marketplace payouts via platforms like Upwork & Fiverr in connection with the sale of goods or services;
- Incoming payments received as a response to a “Payment Request”
- Excluded: Funds existing in the account as of 20 August 2025, payments received from other Payoneer accounts, payments received from affiliated companies, any mode of self-funding, any amounts received for a prohibited transaction.
IV. Rewards Disbursement
An Eligible Customer who meets the criteria can only be rewarded once during the campaign for an amount of $5,000 and above.
The reward will be paid in USD within 30 business days after the campaign ends. If you don’t have a USD account, we’ll pay you in your available currency. The reward will be distributed to the Winners’ Payoneer accounts, provided that the account is active and in good standing with Payoneer upon the date of issuance.
Payoneer will not be liable for loss, or any other misplacement of the reward once disbursed.
This Campaign is issued by Payoneer Inc., a foreign company registered as a Money Services Business (MSB) with the U.S. Treasury Department’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) and is a licensed Money Transmitter in 51 states and territories. Payoneer Inc. is not registered in the Philippines. All references to “Payoneer” refer to Payoneer Inc.
Payoneer reserves the right to change/modify Campaign terms or cancel a reward distribution at its sole discretion. Conversion rates, where applicable, will be based on the rates used by Payoneer.
