In the main menu, go to History, then Sent Payment Requests.
In the table, click on the payment request you want to manage.
View the current status of your payment request.
Click the Details tab to get all the information about the payment request

Before completing the invoice request process, your client can choose who pays the corresponding fee. To avoid misunderstandings, we recommend discussing this with your client in advance.If you are located in a country within the European Economic Area (EEA), as of January 13, 2018, according to the European Payment Services Directive (PSD2), the fee will be automatically charged to your Payoneer account.

Once you fill out the details of your payment request, we will send your client an email on your behalf with information on how to pay (you will also receive a copy for your records). Your client will be able to choose their preferred payment method and send the funds directly to your Payoneer account.You can withdraw the funds to your bank account or use them with the Payoneer Prepaid Mastercard®.
