Yes, you will need to register with an email and password to complete payment requests from your suppliers, contractors, and other service providers.
No, you will not be charged a registration fee. Registration is free.
Sign in with your username and password. Your username will be the email you used during the payment process.
Once you sign in you will be able to:
- Pay future payment requests in just a few clicks
- Track the status of your payments
- Manage your payment requests
- View your payment method details

If you forgot your Payoneer password, you can reset it in just five steps via text message*:
- From your payment request, click on Sign in and pay
- Click on Forgot password
- Enter your username. Your username is the email address with which you signed up.
- Confirm your phone number and we’ll send you an SMS with a verification code.
- Enter the 6-digit verification code.
- Select your new password
To view the status of your payment:
- Sign in with your username (email address) and password.
- Once signed in you will see a table listing the payment requests you’ve received. You will see the status of each payment in the Status column.
