Choose your preferred payment method (Prepaid Mastercard®, Bank Transfer, Paper Check or Paypal) from the screen as prompted.

Should you choose to be paid via bank transfer, you will be prompted to choose the country in which your bank account is based.

If you already have an account, select the “Already have a Payoneer account” sign in option beneath the main header – and save yourself the hassle of a repeated registration. Once this is done, click “sign up”.

  • Specify whether you are registering as an “Individual” or a “Company,” and fill out all the fields that follow accordingly.
  • Note that the e-mail address which you submit will become your Payoneer username.
  • Also keep in mind that all populated fields will be scanned and reviewed, and you may be prompted to provide additional documentation for verification.
  • Please kindly ensure you check your inbox, as Payoneer may request additional information to complete the payment.

  • This is pretty self-explanatory. Here, you will need to input your phone-number and address — whether it be personal (if registering as an individual) or business (if registering as a company).

Once you have submitted your Payoneer application, you can view your account status at any time by logging into your Payoneer account – My Account.

New applications are usually reviewed immediately. Once approved, you will receive an email confirmation with further details. In some situations, you may be asked to provide extra details such as a copy of your ID, Certificate of Incorporation, bank statement or other documents.

In order to change your bank details, you will need to reach out to our customer care team. Be prepared to provide them with a reason for the requested change along with a bank statement, voided check, or a screenshot. Your online bank account with all the relevant banking details. Once you provide the needed information and documentation, our customer care team will update your bank account details.

  • Missing a payment? No Problem. We’ll get to the bottom of it. A few things take into consideration:
    Was the payment issued by TuneCore? If not – please contact them directly for further clarification.
  • Is any additional information required? Please check your email in case we contacted you to ask for additional information in order to process your payment or confirm your bank details.
  • Have enough business days passed? Keep in mind that every country has a standard amount of acceptable business days that it takes to issue payments. Ask yourself if this time has passed: if it hasn’t – don’t worry. Your payment will shortly land in your bank account. If the time has passed…
  • Still missing a payment? Please contact customer care to ensure your banking details are correct. Be prepared to provide them with a bank statement or voided check dated less than three months back.

If you enter incorrect login info more than three times in a row, your account will be locked temporarily for 30 minutes. Afterwards, it should unfreeze itself automatically.If you do not recall your password, please reset it. If you have any other password issues, or find yourself locked out of your account for an extended period of time, please contact the customer care team.

To update your personal details, please reach out to the customer care team. They will ask you to provide them with a government issued photo ID for the proof of change, along with a reason for the change (typo in the name, change of name, change of relationship status, etc.)

You may be restricted from inputting special characters (like: ‘.’, ‘*’, ‘/’, ‘#’ etc…) during registration. Should this be the case, please still complete the registration as requested. Once complete, please contact our customer care through this link, submit a copy of your recent bank statement, and request (without the special characters) to update your bank details so that they match those in the provided document.

If you choose to be paid via bank transfer, your fees will vary based on the transfer type. Refer to the table below to better understand the fee structure:

Yes – you have to choose a single method of payment and cannot keep your account open to both the Prepaid Card and Bank Transfer. However, should you choose the Prepaid Card method, you will have the option to withdraw payments from your Prepaid Card MasterCard® to your bank account. View a tutorial of this process here.

The Payoneer Prepaid card works just like any other Prepaid Card. The card is accepted worldwide, wherever MasterCard® is accepted. You can use it to withdraw cash at ATMs or make purchases, both online and in physical stores. The Payoneer Prepaid Card may be used for online transactions wherever MasterCard® is an accepted form of payment.

The Payoneer card can only be activated once you have received it.
You can activate your card either in your Payoneer online account or via the automatic phone line.

To activate your card online:

  1. Log in to your online account.
  2. Once you log in, you will see a drop-down menu at the top of the screen listing the Payoneer Cards associated with your account. Please make sure that the correct card is selected by confirming the last 4 digits of the card number.
  3. Click on “To view your status and activate your card – click here!”
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to activate your card.

No. The Payoneer card is a debit card, and therefore cannot be used without prior funding. Please make sure that your card is funded before using it.

The company with which you are working is based in the United States. By law all companies based in the US must comply with the IRS (Internal Revenue Service) regulations. These regulations include collecting information regarding your tax status. Payoneer is requesting this information from you on behalf of the company with which you work.
