Employment Contracts

We support full-time, part-time, fixed-term, and agency employment in line with the German Civil Code,Collective Bargaining Agreements andAuG Regulations specific to our business in Germany. . All contracts reflect mandatory wage brackets, weekly working hours, leave entitlements, and termination clauses.

Background checks

For sensitive roles, reference checks and criminal record verification through German authorities could be required. These are case specific and only in legally exceptional situations.

Employees are paid monthly in EUR in line with the employment contractand local labour laws. We issue payslips digitally after deducting contributions and adding bonuses where applicable.

Paid vacation

Employees are legally entitled to vacation under the provisions set down by the European Union. In Germany, a minimum of 20 paid days off per year (based on a five-day workweek) is the statutory minimum. Many employers offer 25–30 days, depending on internal policies or collective agreements.

Sick leave

Employees in general receive full pay for the first six weeks of illness, after which statutory health insurance provides sickness benefits. This is all taken car of under our platform.

Maternity & parental leave

Expectant mothers get eight weeks of mandatory paid leave once the child is born, with an optional six weeks to be taken before birth, both of which are covered at full salary. Parents can take up to three years of unpaid parental leave per child.

Employee-initiated termination

Employees may resign by providing notice as outlined in their employment contract. Standard notice periods range from four weeks to several months, depending on tenure and role.

Employer-initiated termination

Terminations must be legally justified and follow strict notice rules under German labor law. Dismissals without notice are only allowed in cases of serious misconduct.
