Provident fund & schemes
We can help you manage filings, monthly contributions, and compliance. Like EPS or EPF, which is mandatory for companies with 20+ employees, with a 12% employer share, based on either actual basic pay or a fixed ₹15,000 per month.
Employee State Insurance (ESI)
For employees earning under ₹21,000/month, ESI is required. We can help handle enrollment and contributions: 3.25% from the employer, 0.75% from the employee. Coverage includes medical, maternity, and disability benefits.
Gratuity
