Provident fund & schemes
We can help you manage filings, monthly contributions, and compliance. Like EPS or EPF, which is mandatory for companies with 20+ employees, with a 12% employer share, based on either actual basic pay or a fixed ₹15,000 per month.
Employee State Insurance (ESI)
For employees earning under ₹21,000/month, ESI is required. We can help handle enrollment and contributions: 3.25% from the employer, 0.75% from the employee. Coverage includes medical, maternity, and disability benefits.
Gratuity

India doesn’t have a uniform national rule; leave policies vary by state. Most regions mandate at least 12-21 days of annual leave per completed year of service. We can help simplify them for you for tracking and encashment.
Sick leave
Paid sick leave is set by the relevant state Shops & Establishments Act (often 7–12 days annually) and may be separate from casual leave. We align entitlements to the establishment’s state.
Maternity leave
